Short, probably unrhymed, poems Experimental poems Poems with guts, humour, vivid imagery Poems which shift boundaries, punch and twist, play with words What don't we like?
Self-indulgent therapeutic poems (unless very good and very original) Sweetly inspirational Patience Strong verses Writing, full of strong feelings, but which hasn't really been crafted into poetry
